The idea to establish a building company first took shape in 2009 while pursuing a civil engineering at college. However, it wasn’t until 2012 that I encountered various business challenges, particularly related to capital acquisition.
In 2017, officially launched KORA Properties as a real estate development and construction material manufacturer. Our core mission was to leverage local construction materials and harness the natural terrain conditions to ensure the affordability of housing while enhancing the quality of life for society.
